Pulte currently describes the section as having lake access, pools, tennis, clubhouse and golf amenities.

1. Twin Lakes — Northeast
This is almost a blueprint for what NTP means by an exceptional community.
Twin Lakes has two lakes, miles of walking trails, golf-cart paths, a residents' clubhouse, fitness area, resort-style pool, dog park and gathering spaces. It is also a multigenerational master-planned community.
That gives NTP PRO a lot to sell:
“Don't just buy a new house. Buy into a lifestyle.”
2. Aurora Ridge at Great Sky — Northwest
This is another extremely strong NTP-style community.
Toll Brothers currently shows new homes from the mid-$500s, including $600K+ inventory, with a remodeled clubhouse, three pools, sports courts, playground, walking trails, protected shoreline and lake/mountain views.
3. The Village at Towne Lake — Northwest
This one has an especially strong move-up buyer story.
It is gated and has a luxury clubhouse/gym, resort-style pool, dog park, pickleball, bocce and proximity to Downtown Woodstock. Current builder material describes it as a high-end, low-maintenance community.
The Village at Towne Lake
4.64. Traditions of Braselton — Northeast
Traditions checks almost every NTP box:
- Clubhouse
- Fitness center
- Junior Olympic pool
- Waterslide/splash zone
- Six lighted tennis courts
- Four pickleball courts
- Playground
- Festival lawn
- Walking/nature trails
- Golf-course setting
Pulte currently describes it as an established master-planned community with resort-quality amenities.
5. Foxhall Residences — West
This one is particularly interesting because it gives NTP a different kind of story.
Current new construction is roughly $599K–$686K, and the community is associated with Foxhall's 1,000+ acre resort environment, lakes, pool, tennis, pickleball, hiking trails and clubhouse.
That's exactly the kind of community where NTP PRO can say:
“You aren't just buying a $600K+ house. You're buying access to a completely different lifestyle.”
6. Serenbe — West/Southwest
Serenbe is not a conventional subdivision at all. That's precisely why I would keep it in the NTP network.
It has preserved forests and meadows, more than 20 miles of private trails, lake access, gardens, tennis/pickleball, swim club, fitness, dog park, stables and walkable connections to restaurants, shops and other amenities. New construction, homesites and custom opportunities remain available.
7. Trilith — Southeast/South
Trilith is another destination community, rather than simply a subdivision.
Its amenities include a resort pool, lake, parks, tennis, pickleball, basketball, dog park, extensive trails and the Piedmont Wellness Center, while the Town Centre adds restaurants, retail and entertainment.
Current new-home offerings are generally in the $700K+ range.
